By taking out a support package we are on call when you have an issue and can also perform regular maintenance and pro-active checks on your infrastructure to try and ensure continued smooth running. Under a support contract we get to know not only how your systems work and how they are configured, but also to understand how your company works and how you use your IT systems.
Flow Care Silver Support services offer Next Business Day support, with office hours remote technical assistance and trouble shooting, plus a 4 hour delivery of parts should they be required.
